MUNA BARAT, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Ketika melakukan Kunjungan kepada masyarakatnya Penjabat Bupati Muna Barat (Mubar) DR. Bahri hadir langsung untuk melihat kondisi petani cabai dan jagung serta menjawab keluhan masyarakatnya menggunakan motor trail.
Dalam kunjungannya itu PJ Bupati Mubar menggunakan Motor trailnya, yang bertempat di Desa Marobea, Kecamatan Sawerigadi, dalam rangka tanam cepat panen Cabai Indofood dan cabai keriting, Kamis (9/2/2023).
Meskipun hujan rintik rintik Pj Bupati Mubar Dr. Bahri tidak menjadikan hambatannya untuk melakukan tanam cepat panen di kebun masyarakatnya itu.
Dalam kegiatan kali ini penjabat Bupati Muna Barat DR. Bahri didampingi Kepala Dinas Pertanian Nestor, Kadis Ketahanan Pangan, Kadis Inspektorat, Camat Sawerigadi, Kepala Desa Marobea, serta Masyarakat setempat.
Menurut salah seorang masyarakat setempat sebagai petani jagung kuning mengungkapkan bahwa yang menjadi kendala bagi para petani yaitu, kurangnya bibit Bisi 2, dimana bibit tersebut sangat memuaskan ketika hasil panen tiba serta ketersediaan air yang terbatas.
Salah satu petani cabai juga Ambar Wati mengatakan, “Dalam menanam cabai yang menjadi hambatan adalah kurangnya air untuk keperluan penyiraman cabai”,ungkapnya .
“Pak Bupati juga akan mengadakan 1 titik sumur bor di lokasi penanaman cabai ini”, sambung Ambar.
Masyarakat berharap dengan hadirnya langsung PJ Bupati Mubar DR. Bahri, mereka sangat bersyukur dan langsung menjawab keluhan kami sebagai petani yang selama ini menjadi hambatan untuk mendapatkan bibit jagung kuning Bisi 2.
