KENDARI, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Kasus dugaan korupsi bibit kopi robusta Kabupaten Kolaka Timur (Koltim) yang bergulir di Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kolaka namun belum menetapkan atau memeriksa pelaku, karena belum ada hasil audit kerugian negara dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra).
Syahman selaku Pengendali Teknis yang mewakili Korwas Bidang Investigasi BPKP Sultra mengatakan, BPKP telah melalukan invetigasi dan sudah ada hasil audit tentang kerugian negara akibat pembelian bibit kopi robusta. Namun hasil audit dikirim di BPKP pusat sebagai syarat adminitrasi yang sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedural (SOP) dan sudah dalam proses.
“Ini kan kantor pusat Pak ada beberapa kami tanyakan dan kami sesuai SOP dan sudah hasil hanya sebatas formal dan kami hanya perwakilan dan kami menunggu hasil dari pusat,” katanya, Selasa (18/3/2025).
Lanjut Syahman bahwa dalam pemberintahuan hasil audit BPKP akan diberikan secepatnya kepada Kejari Kolaka.
“Dan kami akan menanyakan satu-satu dan tidak boleh bersamaan antara administrasi dan syarat subtansi yang harus di konfirmasi di Kejari Kolaka di mana syarat subtansi itu kejelasan penyimpanan atau hubungan kasualitas antara penyipanan dan kerugian negara,” jelasnya.
Tak hanya itu kata Syahman, saat ini BPKP masih sebatas administrasi dulu sebab BPKP pusat merupakan penjamin kualitas dalam kasus apa bila BPKP Provinsi masih dalam keragu-raguan dan hasil tersebut masih dalam proses dan selalu dalam kehati-hatian.
“Soal hasil berapa lama dikeluarkan oleh pusat, kami masih dalam proses dan BPKP juga bisa digugat sehingga kami harus berhati-hati dan BPKP pusat sebagai penjamin dalam keragu-raguan dan semoga setelah Idul Fitri hasilnya bisa keluar,” tutupnya.
