KENDARI, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Jalan Wisata Kendari-Toronipa di Kecamatan Kendari, Kota Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) diramaikan kehadiran Alumni SMP Negeri 6 Mangga Dua Kendari, Minggu (29/6/2025).
Mereka melaksanakan kerja bakti di tengah kondisi hujan dengan menyapu dan memunguti sampah-sampah yang bertebaran di jalan wisata tersebut.
Kerja bakti ini dalam rangkaian MILAD SMPN 6 Mangga Dua ke-44 pada tanggal 1 Juli 2025.
Camat Kendari, Budi Utomo SPi, MSi, turut serta dalam kerja bakti yang dimulai dari gerbang masuk jalan wisata Kendari-Toronipa sampai depan SMPN 6 Kendari, di Kelurahan Kessilampe.
Budi Utomo juga tercatat sebagai alumni SMPN 6 Mangga Dua Kendari. Bersama alumni angkatan lainnya berpartisipasi mewujudkan Kendari Bersih yang asri dan nyaman menuju KENDARI SEMAKIN MAJU.
“Alhamdulillah, kami bersama alumni SMPN 6 Mangga Dua Kendari turun ke jalan membersihkan sampah-sampah yang bertebaran. Semangat kerja bakti ini rangkaian MILAD sekolah kami (SMPN 6 Mangga Dua) ke-44,” ungkapnya di sela-sela kerja bakti.
Kerja bakti ini juga sekaligus ajang silaturahmi dan menjalin keakraban antar alumni, sehingga semangat kebersamaan terus terjalin sampai kapan pun.
Selain kerja bakti, rangkaian MILAD ke-44 SMPN 6 Mangga Dua Kendari dilaksanakan aksi sosial donor darah dan pemberian bantuan khususnya kepada pensiunan guru SMPN 6.
