JAKARTA, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Pasca pernyataan Kepala Dinas (Kadis) Kominfo Kolaka Timur (Koltim), Nyoman Abdi mengatakan bahwa operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terhadap Bupati Koltim Abdul Azis adalah hoax. Kini giliran dia didemo di depan gedung KPK oleh Lembanga Forum Komunikasi Mahasiswa Hukum Nusantara (FKMHN) terkait dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan rumah sakit Koltim, Selasa (12/8/2025).
Koordinator FKMHN, Frances. L meminta KPK agar segera memanggil dan memeriksa Kadis Kominfo Koltim, Nyoman Abdi. Dia diduga juga ikut serta menikmati gratifikasi fee proyek pembangunan rumah sakit Koltim.
Bukan hanya itu, Frances mengatakan, di Dinas Kominfo Koltim diduga ada korupsi pada pengadaan website pada dinas tersebut.
Dia juga meminta KPK harus memanggil Kadis Kominfo Koltim terkait anggaran media yang bernilai Rp1,7 miliar diduga sarat Korupsi, Kolusi, dan Nepotisme atau KKN.
“KPK tidak boleh membiarkan korupsi tumbuh subur di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur dan harus segera bertindak, agar dugaan KKN ini dapat uji secara hukum. Dengan pemanggilan dan pemeriksaan Kadis Kominfo Nyoman Abdi menjadi langkah penting demi kepastian hukum,” tutup Frances.
