KENDARI, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Sebagian besar anggota Komisi XI DPR RI menerima dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dari Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) sebagaimana dikatakan anggota DPR, Satori yang belum lama ini ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terkait dugaan korupsi dana bantuan sosial tersebut.
“Bahwa menurut pengajuan ST (Satori) sebagian besar anggota Komisi XI DPR RI lainnya menerima dana bantuan sosial tersebut,” ujar Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, pada hari Kamis (7/8/2025).
Dari nyanyian Satori tersebut, KPK akan mendalami siapa saja anggota Komisi XI DPR menerima dana CSR BI dan OJK tahun 2020-2023.
Penulusuran CorongSultra.com, ada 44 anggota Komisi XI DPR periode 2019-2024. Salah satunya adalah Bahtra Banong dari daerah pemilihan (Dapil) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra).
Pemilu tahun 2024 lalu, Bahtra kembali terpilih sebagai anggota DPR. Legislator dari Partai Gerindra ini sekarang duduk sebagai Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPR.
Plt Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu mengatakan, dugaan korupsi dana CSR BI dan OJK bermula dari laporan hasil analisis Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) dan laporan masyarakat.
Kasus ini bermula dari Komisi XI DPR membentuk panitia rapat kerja dengan mitra kerja diantaranya adalah BI dan OJK, yang mana membahas pendapatan, pengeluaran, dan rencana anggaran yang diajukan BI dan OJK namun dilaksanakan tertutup.
Menurut KPK, dalam rapat tertutup tersebut dihasilkan sejumlah kesepakatan. BI dan OJK memberikan dana CSR pada masing-masing anggota Komisi XI melalui yayasan yang dikelola anggota Komisi XI.
