KOLAKA, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kolaka yang dipimpin oleh Herlina Rauf, SH, MH tidak main- main dengan kasus korupsi. Bayangkan saja dalam sebulan, dua pejabat daerah di Kabupaten Kolaka Timur (Koltim) dijebloskan ke dalam rutan kelas kelas 2B Kolaka, yaitu kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan bibit kopi robusta dan kini kasus jembatan lere Jaya.
Ini merupakan sejarah Kejari Kolaka membongkar dua dugaan tidak pidana korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara.
Kajari Kolaka, Herlina Rauf mengatakan, korupsi pembangunan jembatana lere Jaya, Kecamatan Lambadia dan jembatan Sungai Alaaha, Kecamatan Uesi dikerjakan oleh Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Koltim tahun 2023 melalui dana swakelola.
“Adapun yang menjadi tersangka dalam pekerjaan tersebut, yaitu bendahara BPBD Kolaka Timur saudari Mauwiyah atau Ibu Maya, sedangkan mantan Kepala Plt BPBD Koltim juga dijadikan tersangka namun belum dilakukan penahanan dikarenakan sedang sakit,” ungkapnya, Selasa (22/7/2025).
Herlina mengatakan, mantan Plt Kepala BPBD Koltim, Bastian yang kini menjabat sebagai Kasatpol PP Koltim masih sakit. Maka pada hari Kamis 24 Juli 2025 diharuskan hadir di Kejari Kolaka untuk menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka.
Mantan Kajari Konawe Selatan ini mengungkapkan, anggaran masing-masing jembatan di dua kecamatan tersebut dengan rincian Rp.682 juta 363.000 untuk jembatan lere Jaya. Sedangkan proyek jembatan di Desa Alaaha, Kecamatan Uesi Rp900 juta. Dan total kerugian negara pada dua proyek itu sesuai hasil perhitungan Inspetorat Provinsi Sultra, sebesar Rp541 juta 765 ribu.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
