KENDARI, CORONGSULTRA.COM – Sekretaris DPRD (Sekwan) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) menerima aspirasi Perkumpulan Masyarkat Adat Tolak Sulawesi Tenggara (PMT Sultra) karena tidak ditemui satupun oleh anggota dewan, Kamis (25/9/2025).
PMT Sultra melakukan aksi unjuk rasa di DPRD terkait penyerobotan lahan adat di Desa Matarape, Kecamatan Langgikima, Konawe Utara diduga dilakukan perusahaan tambang PT. Tambang Matarape Sejahtera (TMS) dan PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce.
Unjuk rasa PMT Sultra di DPRD merupakan aksi solidaritas terhadap masyarakat adat yang hak-haknya diduga dilanggar PT. TMS dan PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce.
Ada tiga tuntutan mereka sampaikan. Pertama, menghentikan aktivitas PT. TMS dan PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce. Kedua, mendesak aparat penegak hukum mengusut pelanggaran penyerobotan lahan masyarakat adat.
Dan ketiga, merekomendasikan segala izin atau legalitas PT. TMS dan PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce karena telah merugikan dan tidak menghargai masyarakat adat Desa Matarape.
Ketua Umum PMT Sultra, Supriyadin mengatakan bahwa kedatangan mereka untuk menanyakan tindak lanjut surat yang mereka masukan tanggal 8 September 2025 terkait permintaan rapat dengar pendapat dugaan pelanggaran yang dilakukan PT. TMS dan PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce.
“Hari ini Pak Sekwan, sebenarnya kami tidak mau turun hanya karena persoalan meminta saja RDP, kan sudah ada surat kami ajukan,” katanya.
Supriyadin meminta kepada Sekwan segera menjadwalkan RDP dengan menghadirkan Ketua DPRD Sultra La Ode Tariala, dan Direktur PT. TMS serta PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce tanpa diwakili.
Menanggapi aspirasi PMT Sultra, Sekwan La Ode Butolo menyampaikan DPRD akan menggelar RDP tanggal 13 Oktober 2025.
“Insyaallah kita agendakan tanggal 13 Oktober karena sebelum tanggal 13, anggota DPRD Sultra melaksanakan reses mulai tanggal 29 September sampai 6 Oktober,” ujarnya.
Dia menjelaskan, tanggal 13 Oktober dipilih karena waktunya longgar pasca anggota dewan reses. Selain itu, dibutuhkan jeda beberapa hari untuk membuat surat undangan RDP yang juga akan diteruskan pada PT. TMS dan PT. Stargate Fasific Resouce.
